Go Software Engineer (Remote)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Go Software Engineer to join a client team remotely. This full-time position involves developing next-generation dialog agents utilized in diverse fields such as education, entertainment, and question-answering systems. The candidate will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to architect and roll out new software features.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated code and solutions to ensure they meet quality and development best practice standards
• Manage development cycles by prioritizing tasks, establishing goals, and setting deadlines
• Tackle complex coding challenges related to system integration and AI validation using advanced Go programming skills
• Confirm the precision, performance, and reliability of AI-produced code through stringent validation procedures
• Conduct code analysis, deliver constructive critiques, and promote an innovative and continuously improving team environment

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years in software engineering with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Strong command of the Go language and industry-standard software engineering methodologies
• Experience working with AI technologies, particularly LLM model training and code-generation tools
• Active engagement in public repositories on GitHub, showcasing contributions to feature creation and codebase refactoring for substantial projects
