About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of four years of relevant industry experience in machine learning and AI development.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for effective communication.

Preferred Expertise

• Proven track record in creating and deploying machine learning applications.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in fine-tuning large language models and retrieval augmented generation techniques.
• Knowledgeable in chatbot architecture and programming.
• Practical skills using ML and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Strong object-oriented programming capabilities in Java, C++, or C#.
• Relevant certifications in generative AI tools and technologies are advantageous.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation is a plus.
