Role Responsibilities

• Conduct introductory sessions with country and plant units to familiarize teams
• Facilitate demonstration and information sharing sessions for country and plant units
• Gather and review master data process requirements, obtaining approvals from process delegates
• Coordinate with the Business Digital team to map formal solutions
• Define the materials scope for the project covering defects, C2P, MDM/PDM and material availability in S4 for the assigned scope
• Manage service material distribution and extensions, including BRF+ rules deployment to x1R systems
• Deliver user training for the global Drives & Control community
• Support continuous process improvement activities by collaborating with PI leaders and technical teams to validate, test, and implement changes
• Work with stakeholders to understand business workflows and translate requirements into functional specifications along with the Lead Consultant
• Mentor junior and senior functional consultants to build competencies needed for project success
• Own communication for assigned business requirements, ensuring clear, professional, and culturally aware interaction with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Develop tactical plans to align with business goals and manage project timelines to meet deadlines
• Collaborate closely within cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Resolve conflicts within project teams during implementations effectively

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP MDM/MDG
• Mandatory experience in SAP MM functional module
• Required exposure to Bill of Materials (BOM) process
• Experience with SAP MDM is essential
• Optional experience with SAP ALE and SAP Solution Manager considered an advantage
