This is an onsite reception opportunity in Dublin for a polished, service-oriented professional who enjoys dealing with people. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and oversee front-of-house reception tasks.
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the correct person or department.
- Organise meeting rooms and handle visitor reservations.
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative assistance when needed.
- Keep the reception area tidy, professional, and welcoming at all times.
- Support the broader office with day-to-day operational needs.
