Role Overview
Join our team as a Founders Associate, playing a pivotal role in deploying AI-driven employee agents within German Mittelstand companies. You will closely collaborate with clients on-site in Berlin, integrating our AI agents seamlessly into their operational systems from start to live production.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to understand their system environments and requirements.
- Implement and wire AI employee agents into existing client systems.
- Manage the entire integration process with ownership until the solution is fully operational in the production environment.

This is a full-time position based onsite in Berlin, Germany, focusing on hands-on deployment and client interaction within the German Mittelstand sector.
