Floor Manager

Overview

The Floor Manager role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. This position involves overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

• Address and resolve customer or patient concerns and escalations with professionalism.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain seamless operations.
• Track and evaluate team productivity and performance.
• Generate operational and management information system (MIS) reports on a daily and weekly basis.
• Maintain high standards of quality, discipline, safety, and hygiene at the workplace.
• Identify operational problems promptly and implement corrective measures.
