Position Overview

The Fleets Team Leader role is a vital part of the Supply Chain division based in Mbeya, Tanzania. This position reports directly to the Country Lead Fleet and focuses on ensuring optimal vehicle availability and efficient fleet operations regionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the regional efforts to maintain optimal vehicle availability by minimizing downtime proactively.
• Perform regular fleet inspections and conduct thorough audit processes.
• Oversee the planning and execution of preventative vehicle maintenance programs.
• Manage the licensing requirements for all vehicles within the fleet.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations related to fleet operations.
