Key Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to the Account Director, supporting achievement of ambitious financial goals.
• Utilize trend analysis and forecasting to identify risks and opportunities, optimizing business benefits.
• Drive sustainable operational improvements through identified initiatives.
• Manage the month-end processes and provide timely financial and operational reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead annual internal budget setting for the region and overhead costs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA or ACA).
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets.
• Background in multi-site retail business preferred, ideally within food service or catering.
• Proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills comfortable engaging at all organizational levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Commercially minded with a passion for driving improvements.
• Outgoing and dynamic personality.
