Role Overview
As a Field Service Representative, you will be instrumental in delivering technical support for water treatment and filtration systems across a diverse territory in Ireland. This hands-on role allows you to develop relationships with customers and add measurable value through your problem-solving skills and understanding of operational needs. You will work independently while benefiting from advanced training and a collaborative internal network.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized on-site service and maintain water treatment and filtration equipment for various clients.
- Track chemical consumption and monitor system efficiency to assure reliable operation.
- Diagnose and address issues with systems and components, focusing on cost-efficient and effective resolutions.
- Execute preventive maintenance and perform necessary repairs to maximize operational availability.
- Document work accurately and maintain clear communication with customer stakeholders.
- Partner with internal technical teams to improve service quality and results.
- Operate primarily in Leinster, serving customers across Ireland. Occasional overnight travel required.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent credential.
- Unrestricted, valid driver’s license.
- Prior experience in a technical service role, ideally involving water filtration or industrial/mechanical systems.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorships available).
Physical Demands
- Work in confined, hot, cold, damp, or dusty environments as needed.
- Frequent lifting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and prolonged standing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in chemistry, mechanical systems, or a similar field.
- Hands-on experience in plumbing and industrial equipment maintenance.
- Background working with boilers, cooling towers, wastewater, or similar treatment equipment.
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
