Field Marketing Executive

About the Role

Rilinus HealthLab seeks a motivated and achievement-driven Field Marketing Executive to grow its healthcare network and actively promote its diagnostic and pathology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals to foster relationships.
• Promote the laboratory's range of diagnostic and pathology offerings to healthcare providers.
• Identify new business prospects and work to increase the number of referrals.
• Carry out market research and competitor evaluations to stay competitive.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly marketing and business development objectives.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily reports on field visits conducted.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years' experience in healthcare, diagnostic, or laboratory marketing roles.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with the regional healthcare landscape will be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field marketing activities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000, plus additional incentives based on performance targets.

Preferred Educational Background
