Field Collection Executive

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a Field Collection Executive for BatterySmart to manage recovery operations related to overdue payments. This role involves active engagement with customers, primarily e-rickshaw drivers, to ensure timely recovery and maintain cordial relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Recover overdue payments directly in the field.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and build rapport with e-rickshaw drivers.
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
• Identify and report default cases promptly.
• Update recovery progress accurately in the designated application.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education level of 12th grade pass.
• At least one year of experience in recovery or field sales roles.
• Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driving license.
• Strong communication capabilities and negotiation skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary can reach up to ₹24,000 as total cost to company, along with performance-based incentives.
