Job Overview

As a Facilities Services Supervisor, you will manage the delivery of facility management services across designated sites, ensuring that client expectations, quality benchmarks, technical solutions, and budget limits are consistently met.

Primary Duties

Oversee daily operations of facilities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, standards, and procedures.
Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams, guaranteeing that tasks meet the expected quality criteria.
Ensure all assigned sites adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
Identify potential risks at sites and collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) teams to execute corrective measures.
Coordinate site personnel to maintain comprehensive service coverage and high client satisfaction levels.
Monitor the performance of team members, recognizing training needs and facilitating development programs.
Assist the Facilities Manager by offering technical insights and maintenance recommendations.
Compile and consolidate operational and technical reports detailing property conditions and performance.
Maintain and regularly update technical documentation related to the assigned locations.
Advocate for enhancements to HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems aimed at improving efficiency and service standards.
Manage scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
Supervise external contractors, ensuring service delivery meets quality and timeframe expectations.
Carry out other tasks as delegated by management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
Valid driving license issued in the UAE.

Experience & Expertise

A minimum of four years' supervisory experience in facilities management or building services.
Demonstrated success in overseeing service delivery, team management, and maintenance activities.
Technical understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical components.
Knowledge of health and safety compliance standards.
