Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced video editor to partner with us on an ongoing basis. You will take raw footage, including interview audio, and clear briefs to craft polished and finished videos. These will typically include brand and storytelling videos, organic testimonials, and short-form social media edits. You will be given solid briefs, references, and direction on mood, pacing, and priorities but are expected to own the editing process while collaborating for refinements.

Responsibilities

• Transform supplied footage and briefs into finalized, high-quality video edits ready for client delivery.
• Edit a variety of content types, such as brand videos, story-driven pieces, organic testimonials, and social media clips.
• Collaborate closely with our small team to refine edits based on feedback.
• Maintain high standards of quality and authenticity in all outputs.

Required Experience & Qualities

• Proven expertise in brand and commercial video editing.
• Confidence in creative decision-making and ability to work independently without supervision.
• Capability to understand and translate briefs into compelling video narratives.
• Readiness to start promptly and manage work ownership responsibly.

Preferred Background

• Experience with rural or agricultural content production.
• Strong skills in natural color grading.
• Ability to create videos that retain authenticity and grounded storytelling.
