Executive - Welfare

Position Overview

This role is exclusively open to female candidates. The welfare executive will be responsible for creating and enforcing policies that promote a secure and health-conscious workplace environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and enforce welfare-related policies and procedures to support a safe and healthy work environment.
• Respond proactively to employee welfare concerns and implement effective solutions.
• Supervise the deployment of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS) aimed at minimizing workplace accidents and injuries.
• Organize and deliver training programs focused on labor issues, OHSAS standards, and other pertinent topics for both employees and managerial staff.
• Work closely with the Human Resources team to manage and resolve employee disputes thereby fostering a peaceful workplace atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Have between 2 to 6 years of experience in welfare program management and labor issue resolution.
• Possess comprehensive understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and standard practices.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to effectively resolve conflicts.
• Holding an OHSAS certification or equivalent is advantageous.
