Role Summary

The Executive Housekeeper leads the strategic and operational management of the Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Areas departments to maintain impeccable cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards throughout the resort. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is pivotal in planning, organizing, and continually enhancing housekeeping operations to provide a superior luxury guest experience while ensuring operational efficiency, financial targets, and staff engagement are met. Key Responsibilities
