Role Overview

The Executive Director role at Boba Bhai is a full-time position operating remotely and is entrusted with strategic leadership and comprehensive operational oversight of the company's expanding bubble tea enterprise. This role is pivotal in shaping and implementing the organization's long-term vision and business strategies, ensuring adherence to the core brand principles centered on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties

• Lead and coordinate various departments including operations, marketing, finance, supply chain, and human resources.
• Establish performance objectives, track essential performance indicators, and apply data-driven methods to foster business growth and profitability.
• Manage relationships with various stakeholders such as franchise partners, suppliers, and investors.
• Drive strategic projects related to market expansion, product innovation, and enhancement of operational processes.
• Promote an inclusive organizational culture by mentoring leadership and implementing appropriate governance, compliance, and risk management systems aligned with rapid scaling.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven strategic leadership capabilities, adept at defining missions, motivating cross-functional teams, and advancing business expansion.
• Strong expertise in business planning, financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss oversight, employing analytical decision-making.
• Experienced in optimizing operations and processes, managing supply chains and vendor partnerships to maintain high-quality standards.
• Skilled in brand management, marketing strategies, and delivering excellent customer experiences across digital and offline platforms.
• Competent in talent development, performance evaluation, coaching, and cultivating a supportive, collaborative workplace environment.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and partnership cultivation within franchise, investment, and strategic domains.
• Background in fast-developing food & beverage or consumer retail sectors, preferably with franchise business models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for remote and distributed work environments.
• Educational credentials including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or equivalent practical experience.
