This full-time on-site role places the Executive Assistant and Project Manager at the heart of a compact, performance-driven team of 16, partnering closely with the CEO to advance strategic projects and foster operational expansion across departments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee vital strategic projects from thorough initial research and concept development through to implementation and launch.
- Support the CEO by preparing strategic insights and operational materials grounded in data analysis for informed decision-making.
- Ensure seamless coordination among different departments to successfully meet project deadlines and goals.
- Create presentations, comprehensive reports, and other materials to keep leadership and external partners informed.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators, managing risks proactively to avoid obstacles.
- Enhance internal processes by serving as a communication nexus between executive leadership and functional team leads.
Candidate Criteria
- Languages: Must possess native proficiency in German (C2 level) and business fluent English (C1 level).
- Education: Hold a Master's degree (e.g., M.A., M.Sc., MBA) in Business Administration or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: Have accumulated at least three years (ranging between two to six years) in relevant fields such as management consulting, venture capital, digital health, or software sectors.
- Skills: Demonstrated expertise in project management accompanied by strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking.
- Location Requirement: Committed to working 100% on-site in Eggenfelden with occasional travel.
Additional Qualifications (Valued)
- Experience working with CRM software platforms.
- Knowledge of ISO certification standards and procedures.
- Background as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar strategic support capacity.
