Executive Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Executive Assistant to work part-time supporting the founder of two expanding companies: Sleek Fit Jewelry, a premium active lifestyle jewelry brand, and Minted Marketing, a digital marketing agency. This dynamic, hands-on position involves varied responsibilities to maintain smooth business operations. While initially part-time, the role is designed to evolve into a full-time position, becoming the primary support to the founder across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize incoming emails related to customer support, ambassador and influencer inquiries, creator and affiliate programs, and general business communications.
• Coordinate onboarding of new applicants for affiliate and ambassador programs ensuring timely and organized communications.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing content shoots and brand-related events.
• Schedule social media content across platforms and support daily needs for both the brand and creator community.
• Maintain the founder's calendar, arrange meetings, coordinate travel plans, and follow up on action items to meet deadlines.
• Draft, organize documents, manage files, and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Provide occasional support for operations within Minted Marketing as required.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and thorough follow-through on tasks.
• Excellent written communication skills, able to convey a natural and brand-aligned tone in emails.
• Adept at adapting to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities effectively.
• Located in Miami with availability for occasional in-person work during weekdays and weekends for events.
• Self-driven, capable of working independently, and committed to quality and ownership of responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in customer service, email management, or social media is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with tools such as Gmail, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, or affiliate marketing platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Interest in fitness, lifestyle brands, or e-commerce sectors aligns well with the company's profile.
• Education: An associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related fields is preferred; however, practical experience will also be valued.

Terms and Details

• Work Location: Miami, FL with a hybrid schedule requiring occasional onsite presence.
• Start Date: Immediate.
• Compensation: $18 to $28 per hour, based on experience.
• Work Hours: Between 10 to 15 hours per week.
• Direct Reporting: The role reports directly to the company founder.
