Role Overview
The Event Crew Team Member will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences at Rebel Athletic events. This position is contract-based, event-specific, and involves potential travel to various locations. Responsibilities include event setup, guest engagement, content capturing for digital channels, and event breakdown.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and arrange event spaces to reflect Rebel’s dynamic brand image through setup, merchandising, and display creation.
- Energize attendees by engaging enthusiastically and providing memorable customer interactions.
- Contribute to digital storytelling by capturing event highlights and participant moments.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and offer creative suggestions.
- Efficiently manage event teardown and organization while maintaining energy levels.
Candidate Profile
- Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to crafting memorable experiences.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in high-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
- Willingness to travel and work during evenings and weekends as event schedules dictate.
- Experience in event management, retail, or cheer/dance sectors is advantageous.

- Proficiency in capturing live content for social media platforms.
- Familiarity with cheerleading, dance, or performance industry nuances.
- Background in retail or merchandising roles.

Working Conditions

- Ability to travel to event locations, including overnight stays.
- Capability to lift weights up to 40 lbs and endure extended periods of standing.
