Position Details

• Location: Mercy Hospital Southeast, 1701 Lacey Street, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily evening shifts

Required Qualifications

• No formal educational prerequisites or prior experience mandated.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience within hospital environmental services highly regarded.
• Proven ability to follow both oral and written directions meticulously.
• Background in manual labor tasks.
• Experience engaging with the public and delivering customer service.

Physical Demands

• Regularly pushing, pulling, or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Extended periods of standing and walking during shifts.
• Ability to perform diverse movements including gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
