Entry-Level Recruiting Delivery Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an Entry-Level Recruiting Delivery Consultant to join our team in West Hollywood, CA. This full-time, onsite position is focused on the end-to-end delivery of recruitment projects without any business development duties. Your key responsibility will be sourcing, engaging, and onboarding high-quality candidates efficiently to meet project needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting base salary of $42,500 with monthly commission opportunities, targeting an on-target earnings (OTE) of $65,000-$75,000 in the first year
• No probationary period; commissions earned immediately upon placement

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and interview candidates from designated talent pools to fulfill hiring demands
• Develop and manage candidate pipelines to support high-volume recruitment efforts with tight deadlines
• Assess candidate skills, motivations, and cultural fit through structured evaluations
• Handle interview scheduling and communications ensuring timely feedback between candidates and clients
• Assist with offer delivery and onboarding processes to guarantee smooth transitions
• Keep accurate records and monitor delivery metrics aligned with project objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent quality and timely recruitment output
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and overall team performance enhancement
