Role Overview
As an Enrollment Advisor, you will serve as the initial contact for prospective students, guiding them through the application and enrollment process. This role requires developing trust and understanding each individual's objectives to ensure alignment with Circuit Stream’s offerings. Success is measured by building meaningful connections and facilitating a seamless, positive enrollment experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist prospective students through all stages of the enrollment journey, from initial inquiry to acceptance.
- Provide comprehensive information on program options, expected outcomes, and value.
- Evaluate candidates’ backgrounds, goals, and motivations to recommend suitable programs.
- Establish strong rapport via insightful conversations.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications including calls, follow-ups, and engagement activities.
- Meet daily activity goals related to outreach and client engagement.
- Reach enrollment targets for assigned program cohorts consistently.
- Maintain meticulous records of student interactions within CRM platforms.
- Participate actively in coaching, training, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years in consultative or direct-to-consumer sales, or experience within higher education services.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport.
- Familiarity with payment and financing discussions including credit application processes.
- Proficient with CRM software, sales technologies, and various digital tools.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets with a results-driven attitude.
- Capability to clearly explain technical or skill-focused educational programs.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Commitment to working full-time in-office, five days per week.
