Role Overview

As an Engineering Manager at Parloa, you will lead a talented engineering team charged with delivering resilient, enterprise-level AI solutions that delight customers. Candidate Profile

• Experienced engineering leader with 8 to 12+ years in software engineering and 3 to 5+ years in managing teams, having delivered complex, scalable enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to attract, retain, and cultivate top engineering talent and raise standards with each hire.
• Strategically minded with the capability to set vision while also addressing detailed technical and operational challenges.
