Electrician

Job Overview

This role requires responding promptly to guest repair requests and communicating effectively to resolve maintenance problems. The Electrician is responsible for preventive maintenance of tools and equipment, such as cleaning and lubricating, along with visual inspections and operation of all equipment shut-off valves. Maintaining inventory, requisitioning parts, recording unfinished tasks before shift change, and carrying necessary tools are also key functions.

Employees must adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security, report hazards and accidents, complete required safety training, and store flammable materials appropriately. Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting company assets, and ensuring confidentiality is essential. The role involves greeting and assisting guests per company standards, anticipating service needs, supporting colleagues, and maintaining positive work relationships. Physical requirements include lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds, navigating stairs, ramps, and ladders, and performing bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping motions. Additional duties as assigned by supervisors may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical, trade, or vocational school certificate or degree.
• Minimum of two years experience in relevant maintenance work.
• No supervisory experience expected or required.
• No specific licenses or certifications mandated.
