E-learning Developer

Role Overview

Join NIIT as an E-learning Developer specializing in Storyline and SCORM to create engaging and interactive digital learning courses. This role involves working onsite in Gurugram on a 1-year contract, focusing on developing world-class eLearning solutions for global clientele with a shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and customize interactive eLearning courses and templates using industry-leading tools.
• Develop Storyline-based learning solutions enhanced with JavaScript and jQuery for rich interactivity.
• Identify and resolve issues related to SCORM packages and ensure smooth LMS integration.
• Debug and optimize course content to perform consistently across various web browsers.
• Deliver learner-focused digital educational experiences that maintain high quality standards.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation qualification is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.
• Strong understanding of SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 standards.
• Experience integrating with LMS platforms and debugging SCORM content.
• Strong command of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and browser developer tools (Chrome DevTools, Microsoft Edge DevTools).

Preferred Experience and Attributes

• Experience in eLearning development and computer-based training (CBT)/web-based training (WBT) content creation.
• Familiarity with digital learning technologies and LMS implementation.
• Excellent analytical and debugging capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
