E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking meticulous and action-oriented E-commerce Executives to oversee everyday marketplace operations. This role centers on operational management including onboarding vendors and customers, resolving real-time user issues, and ensuring the seamless flow of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently onboard new app users including vendors and customers while verifying essential information to comply with platform standards.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve disputes responsibly by taking full ownership until issues are settled.
• Manage communication channels such as calls, chats, emails, and support tickets, providing professional and prompt responses at all times.
• Monitor ongoing transactions to identify failures, delays, or inconsistencies, and collaborate with internal departments to solve payment or order complications.
• Keep accurate records of customer issues, solutions, and operational data; highlight recurrent issues and recommend feasible enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, or platform management is preferred.
• Proficient communication abilities in English and Hindi; extra languages are advantageous.
• Comfortable managing frequent phone, chat, and email communications.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Basic knowledge of digital payments, order processing, and app-based workflows.
• Capability to work autonomously with accountability.
