Role Overview

Our Commercial Supply Chain department invites applications for two Distribution Assistant roles to join our team at the Bundamba Warehouse. The facility is newly constructed, air-conditioned, includes onsite parking, and is well connected to public transport. One role is a 12-month fixed-term contract; the other is a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the picking, packing, and accurate labelling of products destined for shipment.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all orders before dispatch.
• Carry out material handling tasks such as unloading trucks and containers.
• Keep the warehouse clean and well-organized.
• Assist with inventory control and replenishment activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize distribution efficiency.
• Strictly comply with GMP and safety protocols.

Candidate Profile

• A current forklift license is mandatory.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is highly valued.
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability to lift moderately heavy items and stand for long durations.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Must have legal eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or valid visa).
