Overview

The role of Dispatch Executive is situated within the Dispatch/Operations department, responsible for overseeing daily dispatch and shipment activities ensuring smooth coordination across teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily dispatch and delivery workflow.
• Communicate effectively with customers, transporters, and courier service providers.
• Verify products and quantities prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy.
• Keep detailed dispatch records and regularly update stock information.
• Monitor shipments and provide clients with timely delivery status updates.
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts departments to coordinate operations.
• Address and resolve customer queries concerning dispatch and delivery processes.
• Compile and prepare comprehensive daily dispatch reports.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal coordination abilities.
• Competence in maintaining documentation and record-keeping.
• Capacity to handle multiple dispatch operations simultaneously.
• High attention to detail to ensure error-free dispatch processes.
• Educational qualification of 12th grade completion or graduation preferred.
• Prior work experience of 1 to 2 years in a related role is desirable.
