About the Role
As a Dispatch Executive at FountainHead Alloys in Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective client communication regarding their requirements, supporting order processing, and managing the material dispatch process with an emphasis on quality checks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in basic equipment handling and comfortable using essential software for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide estimates or invoices as needed.
- Transform client needs into formal business orders for the company.
- Oversee the dispatch of goods to clients, ensuring all appropriate quality control procedures are conducted beforehand.
Requirements
- Experience in handling instruments such as Vernier calipers and reading ultrasonic thickness measurements, and interpreting chemical and physical test reports.
- Competency in MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
- Working knowledge of both English and Hindi languages.
- Candidates holding qualifications in ITI, Tally, or MH CIT will have an added advantage.
- Applicants residing near the work location will be prioritized.
