Position Overview

The role of Director, APAC Supply Chain is a senior leadership position responsible for acting as the key liaison between the Global Supply Chain organization and APAC business units. Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related disciplines is required; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressively senior supply chain leadership experience managing regional or multi-country operations, ideally within medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or other complex regulated sectors.
  • Comprehensive experience across the entire supply chain function, including planning, inventory control, customer operations, execution, and cross-functional disciplines.
  • Proven success in enhancing customer service levels, operational metrics, inventory efficiency, and broader business results within matrix organizations.
  • Demonstrated leadership of transformation projects, organizational improvements, capability development, or operating model enhancements with regional scope.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ERP/SAP platforms, planning tools, analytics, and performance management frameworks.
  • Excellent ability to influence senior-level stakeholders, foster robust business relationships, and navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
