Position Overview

The Digital Media Specialist will plan, develop, and implement integrated digital advertising initiatives for key DAC clients. This role encompasses managing paid search, paid social, online video (OLV), display, and additional channels central to DAC's core services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in biddable paid media platforms.
  • Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports summarizing paid media channel performance.
  • Collaborate effectively and communicate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze paid search and display campaigns to enhance and expand them aligned with client objectives.
  • Create, launch, optimize, and manage paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct testing of search ad copy and banner ads to improve campaign performance.
  • Research keywords, placements, and markets to augment current and new campaigns.
  • Implement conversion tracking in coordination with the Marketing Science team; gain proficiency in campaign trafficking through CM360 and understand Google Analytics intricacies.
  • Perform quality assurance on campaign setups and post-launch assessments.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years' practical experience managing paid search, social, display, and video campaigns, preferably within a performance media agency.
  • Experience handling client relationships, shaping strategies, and delivering client presentations.

  • Proficiency in third-party bid management tools such as DoubleClick and Kenshoo.
  • Capability to build campaign architectures in Google and Microsoft Ads that reflect client objectives and industry best practices.

  • Accuracy in monitoring and adhering to budgets across multiple campaigns and platforms.
  • Competence in providing traffic and cost estimations.
