Deputy Store Manager - Limerick

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all activities.
• Adopt a goal-oriented approach to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
• Lead, inspire, and nurture the store team to achieve their best potential.
• Uphold high standards of store presentation and appearance on the sales floor.
• Guarantee adequate inventory levels to meet customer demands consistently.
• Deliver exemplary customer service without compromise.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• At least two years of management experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Possession of a full driving licence.
• Enthusiasm for working in varied, dynamic conditions with a focus on targets and deadline adherence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work different shift patterns as needed.
• Previous assistant store management experience is desirable but not mandatory if you demonstrate the right mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary starting at €51,000 with an increase up to €60,000 after three years.
• Annual leave starting at 20 days, increasing to 25 days after two years of service.
