Depot and Route Driver

Role Overview

Culligan Water is looking for a dependable Route Driver to join their team, responsible for delivering water treatment products across a designated route while providing excellent customer service beyond expectations. This role involves timely deliveries, handling invoicing and collections, and maintaining vehicle standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of water treatment products to residential and commercial customers.
• Prepare and manage delivery orders, collect payments, and issue invoices efficiently.
• Respond courteously and promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with a customer-first approach.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and company regulations throughout route assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company vehicles and equipment consistently.
• Provide daily route summaries and check in with supervisors at the end of each route.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience driving a route, though this is not mandatory.
• Valid driver's license required; Class 3A preferred.
• Comfortable using mobile devices or tablets for work purposes.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized in task execution.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers, establishing professional rapport.
• Strong communication skills with both clients and team members.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00 per hour.
