Job Overview

As a Delivery Expert at Domino’s, you’ll be a critical team member focused not just on delivering pizzas but also on providing excellent customer service. This role demands physical stamina, navigational skills, and a friendly demeanor to ensure each delivery is a positive experience.

Physical and Job Requirements

• Frequent stooping and bending for tasks such as pizza assembly and ingredient stocking, typically lasting 30-45 seconds multiple times daily.
• Occasional crouching or squatting needed for cleaning or stocking low shelves.
• Regular reaching in multiple directions, sometimes above 6 feet to adjust equipment or update signage.
• Continuous, coordinated hand use for tasks like dough shaping, box assembly, and food handling, sometimes requiring significant forearm and wrist effort.
• Use of various equipment including computers, phones, pizza cutters, and peels.
• Deliver orders by car directly to customers, requiring a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.
• Distribute promotional materials such as flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate with maps to locate delivery addresses, including multi-story buildings and private residences.
• Physical demands include carrying pizzas and beverages while walking or climbing stairs—up to five flights in some cases.
• Operate vehicles safely within a designated delivery area in all weather conditions.
• Visual requirements include good distance and night vision for safe driving and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years holding a valid driver’s license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance in your name or a valid declaration page confirming coverage under another's policy is required; commercial insurance is preferred.
