Job Summary
We are seeking diligent and reliable Delivery Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and secure delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt pickup and delivery of orders.
- Handle parcels carefully to prevent any damage or loss.
- Maintain polite and professional interactions with customers.
- Update order status using the delivery application.
- Collect accurate payments for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license.
- Possess an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Essential documents include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License with Registration Certificate (RC), and bank account details.
- Familiarity with local routes and Google Maps usage.
