Role Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and should bring strong customer service, safe driving, and navigation abilities. A valid driver's license, a dependable vehicle for deliveries, proof of insurance, and a driving record that meets company standards are all required.

Job Duties

• Deliver food and beverages by car to customers' doors
• Transport promotional materials such as flyers and door hangers
• Operate store equipment as needed
• Move ingredients from delivery areas to storage, prep areas, and walk-in coolers
• Prepare menu items and related products
• Answer phone orders and process them accurately
• Track inventory and complete related paperwork
• Clean equipment and the store area on a regular basis

• Perform arithmetic quickly and correctly
• Provide accurate change for cash payments

Working Conditions

• Work may involve adverse weather while driving and making deliveries
• Store temperatures may range from 36 degrees in cooler areas to 90 degrees or higher in other spaces
• There can be sudden temperature shifts between indoor and outdoor work areas
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped spaces such as walk-in coolers is possible
• Heat from ovens can reach 500 degrees or more, and sharp edges or moving machine parts may be present

Physical Requirements

• Regular bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, carrying, walking, and climbing are part of the role
• Deliveries may require carrying pizzas and drinks while walking or climbing stairs, including five or more flights
• Reaching overhead and below waist level is needed for various store tasks
• Continuous hand use and forceful wrist and forearm movement may be needed for food preparation and box assembly

Additional Details

Several job actions require frequent bending at the waist, especially at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and ingredient storage areas. Some tasks are brief but repeated throughout the day, lasting about 30 to 45 seconds at a time.

Crouching is occasionally needed for shelf stocking and low-area cleaning. Reaching occurs continuously in multiple directions, including overhead use for controls and shelving tasks. The role may also involve using tools and equipment such as pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD devices, pizza cutters, and pizza peels.

Team members must be comfortable with repetitive tasks, working independently or with others, handling stress, maintaining quality standards, making decisions, and working with data when required.

Driving-related duties include delivering products within the assigned area, navigating homes and other delivery locations, and working in both daylight and night conditions. The job requires far vision and night vision for safe driving.
