- Advise clients on technology and platform selections without direct technical implementation responsibility.
- Interpret and present complex technical subjects through compelling visual storytelling to support informed executive decisions.
- Navigate and balance senior stakeholder relationships, harmonizing different departmental agendas.
- Coach both client teams and Fusion colleagues in structured problem-solving techniques and strategic communication methods.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Experience in managing senior stakeholder groups and steering workshops toward decisive conclusions.
- Skill in crafting robust business cases credible to finance and technology executives alike.

- Between 6 to 10+ years of professional experience, with over 3 years spent at top management consulting firms (MBB), elite boutiques, or Big 4 strategy divisions.
- Proven track record of independently leading workshops and delivering client-facing results.
- Strong foundation in data strategy, AI strategy, or technology strategy, including governance considerations.
- Experience in life sciences or other regulated industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
