Role Overview

The Data Modeler position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to analyze existing data frameworks and design new data models that satisfy business and technical demands. The role emphasizes continuous teamwork to create data models that are accurate, scalable, and efficient, thereby supporting current operations and future expansion. Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding and managing the team’s performance and decision-making.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data modeling activities with project objectives.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Extensive experience and proficiency with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Skilled in designing and implementing complex data models to support business intelligence and analytics.
• Strong grasp of data warehousing concepts and expertise in data integration techniques.
• Capability to manage large datasets and optimize data structures for high performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and distributed computing systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving aptitude focused on maintaining data quality and consistency.

Additional Information

• The position is based at the office in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
• Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 years working with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Applicants should have completed 15 years of full-time education.
