Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and technically adept Data Transformation Analyst at our Dublin location. The role centers on transforming, validating, and managing fund accounting data to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency using industry tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated data transformation workflows with Xceptor for fund accounting data ingestion and processing.
• Oversee secure data transfer processes using MoveIT while ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
• Develop and refine SQL queries to manipulate and validate complex datasets from diverse sources.
• Work closely with Fund Accounting and Technology teams to guarantee timely and accurate data delivery.
• Actively monitor data pipelines to promptly identify and resolve issues, minimizing operational disruptions.
• Document all processes, data flows, and transformation logics to support auditing and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by spotting automation opportunities and optimizing existing workflows.
• Handle escalation of missing or delayed file issues with Prime Broker contacts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in data transformation or operations, especially within financial services or fund accounting contexts.
• Familiarity with fund accounting principles and custody operations is advantageous.
• Proficient use of Xceptor and MoveIT tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
• Excellent analytical thinking and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills to liaise across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Finance, or similar fields.
• Experience with ETL tools, data governance frameworks, and process automation methods.
