Key Responsibilities

• Create and sustain a reliable BI-driven data infrastructure to enable strategic decisions related to products and profitability.
• Analyze data concerning sales, financial performance, and products to provide meaningful business insights and well-founded recommendations.
• Prepare targeted analyses, dashboards, and reports directed at the Product Director Office and senior management.
• Assist in evaluating business cases for new vehicle programs and uncover opportunities to boost profitability.
• Perform product benchmarking and competitive market analysis to improve commercial outcomes and market placement.
• Manage product milestone workflows, track project statuses diligently, and identify potential risks or delays ahead of time.
• Support Product Committee meetings through preparation of data-driven materials and performance reviews.
• Collaborate extensively with departments including R&D, Design, Procurement, Plants, Product Management, and the Global Headquarters to advance cross-functional initiatives.
• Offer robust data and analytical input to support corporate governance and strategic product decision-making.
• Facilitate effective information exchange and ensure coordination among European and global teams.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Brings a minimum of five years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar analytical roles.
• Skilled in developing reports and dashboards utilizing BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Demonstrates strong expertise in data analytics, data mining, and performance reporting methodologies.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Exhibits a strong analytical mindset capable of translating complex data into strategic business recommendations.
• Experienced in supporting cross-functional projects and strategic decision-making within an international organizational context.
• Excellent in project management and organization, adept at juggling multiple priorities efficiently.
• Open-minded, proactive, and oriented towards finding solutions, ready to challenge orthodox approaches.
• Communicates effectively across multicultural teams with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages or Korean is regarded as advantageous.
