About the Role
A Financial company in Madisonville, TN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support and assistance by handling various communication and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Record calls and detailed customer information accurately into the organization's database.
- Manage cash transactions appropriately.
- Organize and file paperwork efficiently.
- Make outbound calls to customers concerning loan matters.
- Perform additional duties as required to support daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience working in an office environment.
- Demonstrated stable work history with a minimum of two years at previous employment.
- Typing proficiency of 30 to 40 words per minute.
- Familiarity and competence with Microsoft Office applications.
Shift Details
- First shift schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
