Role Overview
We seek dedicated full-time Customer Service Representatives based in Tirana, Albania, to join our Support team. This role entails managing customer communication via live chat and phone, ensuring seamless delivery processes, and collaborating within the support team and other departments to enhance the support function.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers using Wolt's communication tone, adapting to their mood and needs via live chat or phone.
- Maintain smooth delivery operations through effective support.
- Collaborate with teams internally to continuously improve the support services.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a personalized and customer-focused approach, and strong team orientation.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Availability to work shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as the support operates daily.
- Fluency in Albanian and professional working proficiency in English.
- Must reside in Tirana.
