Customer Service Executive

About the Role

We are offering a position for a Customer Service Executive at a reputed multinational BPO based in Noida. The role involves handling customer queries via international voice and blended channels including calls and chats.

Responsibilities

• Resolving customer issues and queries effectively through voice and chat communication.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Open to graduates and undergraduates, freshers or experienced candidates.
• Strong command over English communication is essential.
• Candidate should be ready to join immediately.
• No exams planned in the upcoming three months.
• Experience in customer service and BPO sectors is advantageous.
• Maximum age limit is 32 years.
• Preferred candidates have at least six months experience in customer service or be fresh graduates.
• Ability and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Maximum cost to company (CTC) up to INR 320,000 annually, with up to INR 28,000 take-home monthly.
• Includes monthly performance-linked incentives (PLI) and retention bonuses.
• Both-side cab transportation facilities provided.
