Role Overview

This position focuses on managing key customer accounts within the packaging sector for a carbon-neutral packaging company based in Sriperumbudur, India. The role blends customer handling, commercial coordination, pricing support, and cross-functional communication.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle customer support queries and maintain regular interaction with clients.
• Coordinate on product development discussions with internal teams and customers.
• Work on pricing activities and prepare quotations as required.
• Support sales coordination and help keep customer-related processes moving smoothly.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in the packaging industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities are important for this role.
• Comfortable communicating in English, Hindi, and Tamil is preferred.
