Role Summary

The Customer Contact Representative role requires a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join the on-site team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position focuses on delivering excellent customer support and fostering a great customer experience.

Job Location

The position is based in Ahmedabad.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly compensation ranging from ₹26,000 to ₹38,000.
• Additional pay for night shifts beyond 40 working hours per week.
• Free meals provided during work shifts.
• Cab service available between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Temporary accommodation for up to 5 days for relocated candidates.
• Travel tickets provided from candidate’s hometown to Ahmedabad.
