Role Overview

As a Customer Care Supervisor at Bajaj Life Insurance Limited, you will oversee and lead the customer support team to provide outstanding service to our clients. This position is based in Bhubaneswar, Orissa.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the customer care team ensuring high levels of service delivery.
Oversee daily customer service operations and handle escalated customer issues efficiently.
Conduct training, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations to boost team efficiency and productivity.
Generate detailed reports on team performance, customer feedback, and overall service quality.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and work towards achieving customer satisfaction and service goals.
