Job Overview
We are looking to recruit Customer Care Officers who will primarily manage incoming customer calls while encouraging the adoption of various banking offerings including credit and debit card upgrades, EMI conversions, loan top-ups, and insurance plans.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Candidates should have completed at least 12th grade education.
Primary Responsibilities
- Professionally manage all inbound customer calls.
- Promote and actively sell banking products and related services.
- Address customer queries and provide precise information.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.
- Record details of customer interactions accurately in the system.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English with Hindi is required.
- English paired with Tamil or Malayalam is also acceptable.
- Proficiency in English with Gujarati, Bengali, or Punjabi is considered.
Salary and Benefits
Total compensation package is ₹23,000 CTC, with a take-home pay of ₹22,500 monthly.
Work Schedule and Location
- Work involves shifts lasting 9 hours, spread over 6 working days per week.
- Weekly off days rotate.
- Male staff will operate on 24/7 rotating shifts.
- Female staff will work during daytime shifts within 7 AM to 7 PM.
- The job is office-based.
