Role Overview
We are urgently seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join a reputed process under PINE LABS located in Thane, Mumbai. This role involves managing customer interactions professionally while addressing their concerns promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain high standards in customer service delivery.
- Support customers by providing process-related information.
- Ensure precise updating of customer details following company protocols.
- Collaborate with internal departments to expedite problem resolution.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or graduation.
- At least one year of experience in sales, customer retention, inbound customer service, or collections.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Preference for candidates available to join immediately.
Compensation and Schedule
- Monthly take-home salary of ₹19,000.
- Duty hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (day shift).
- One week off on a rotational basis.
