Role Overview

We seek a meticulous, hands-on CRM Administrator to maintain robust business systems and support everyday users across teams. This role focuses on operational excellence with responsibilities including CRM maintenance, user support, data integrity, and collaborating on enhancements with senior business applications personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily CRM tasks such as user access, field configurations, pipeline setup, workflows, list and data management, and general system upkeep.
  • Act as the primary contact for CRM support issues by triaging and resolving requests or escalating as needed.
  • Ensure data quality through deduplication, validation, cleanup schedules, and periodic audits.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and views to provide accurate process and performance insights to business teams.
  • Configure and test automations and workflows tailored to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance operations.
  • Support rollout of new CRM features and applications with configuration, testing, documentation, and assistance under senior guidance.
  • Oversee integrations and data transfer processes, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
  • Maintain CRM data and configurations related to quoting, billing, and subscription cycles.
  • Document administration processes and best practices to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Encourage user adoption via onboarding support, answering queries, and gathering stakeholder feedback.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of practical CRM administration experience with platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proficient understanding of CRM fundamentals including data objects, properties, sales pipelines, automations, access permissions, and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude to troubleshoot everyday CRM issues.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic setting and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented approach paired with clear communication skills for non-technical partners.
  • Motivation to expand expertise into broader business systems and go-to-market technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-paced SaaS company environments.
  • Familiarity with extended business application ecosystems including data warehouses, ETL/integration solutions, CPQ, or subscription management tools.
  • Understanding of sales, marketing, customer success, and finance operational workflows.
  • Relevant CRM certifications such as HubSpot or Salesforce Administrator credentials.

Additional Information

Employees are expected to work at the Boston office three days weekly (Tuesday to Thursday) and have the flexibility to work from home the remaining two days.
