Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will engage in preparing fresh food by hand daily, supporting various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo to ensure a welcoming and efficient customer experience. The role requires enthusiasm, a friendly demeanor, and a strong desire to learn culinary skills and customer service.
What You Will Do
- Prepare real, hand-crafted food without relying on freezers or microwaves.
- Operate various work stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the friendly atmosphere shoppers expect.
- Collaborate with team members to foster an enjoyable work environment.
Qualifications and Attributes
- At least 16 years old.
- A warm, enthusiastic attitude and passion for supporting customers and teammates.
- Willingness to learn extensive cooking techniques.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the location.
